We have a limited amount of crash-space available to students on a first-come first-served basis. If you are interested in crash-space, please let your local organizer know and they will get in touch with us.

Hotels
There is a small number of hotels located near to the University of Ottawa Simard Building (where the workshop will take place). In the past, people have found the following very convenient:

Maps, directions, etc.
The conference will take place in the Simard Building (just behind the Arts Building at 70 Laurier Ave. East) at the University of Ottawa. The room will be 129. Here is a campus map (search for the Simard Building).
It is possible to take a direct bus from the train station (VIA Rail): Bus 95. It takes approx. 15 min. total. Get off at the Laurier bus stop.
